When should I hire a designer?

The earlier the better! We will collaborate with contractors/builders to execute your design vision from start to finish. We are typically booking projects out a couple of months in advance so we recommend inquiring early to ensure that you can get a spot on our design calendar.

How much does it cost to furnish a space?

There are many variables in the cost to furnish any given space. Check out our “Furniture Pricing Guide” to get a better sense of what to expect to spend on furniture and accessories.

What are the typical budgets you work with?

Full Service: We have a project minimum of $30,000 (excluding design fees) for Full Service Design Projects. Clients can anticipate spending 15-25% of your total interiors budget on design fees with us. Our Furniture Pricing Guide can help give you a better understanding of what to expect to spend on furniture and accessories.

eDesign: Projects have a recommended budget minimum of $10K. We are happy to incorporate existing furnishings into a design plan. Our Furniture Pricing Guide can help give you a better understanding of what to expect to spend on furniture and accessories.

I don’t meet the minimum budget requirement, how can I work with you?

For budgets under $30,000 we recommend starting with a Design Consultation or an eDesign Package!

Do you get discounts on furnishings & materials?

As industry professionals we have access to trade pricing/vendors. These discounts are part of our compensation for being repeat and volume customers, and are not passed on to clients.

Who does the ordering?

Full Service Design: All furnishing/material purchases related to your design process will go through us. For all orders, 100% of the payment is required prior to purchasing. Custom and Special Orders cannot be canceled or returned.

eDesign: Clients handle the purchasing and are free to implement the design plan on their own timeline.

How do we get started?

Step One: Fill out the questionnaire on our *CONTACT* page and review our pricing and services guide.

Step Two: Schedule a complimentary 15 minute call to discuss your project and select which service offering would best fit your needs.

Step Three: If the project sounds like a mutual fit, we will book an in-person consultation. Once we finish the consultation, both parties will know a bit more about whether or not we will move forward.

Step Four: Next, we’ll send you a customized proposal based on the project scope. If you decide to move forward, we will start the process of client on-boarding.

Why do you charge for consultations?

In-person consultations are the first step of our process. It’s a time when we can meet our potential clients in person, walk through the space, discuss initial ideas, project specifics, next steps and gather additional information in order to generate a proposal. We value our time as industry professionals and feel we should be compensated for it. We aim to make our consultations as informative and helpful as possible.
